I have been there for 8 years. July 2014 to July 2022. This is the highest tenure of any employee who have been with Flying Squirrel Holidays. The owners maintains office premise very decently as the owners keeps a good choices. However, the most important and only good side of this company is that the owners tries to enhance the employee's skills and they helps in all respects for the same.

Dislikes

There is many dislikes of this company. 1. This is very much impossible to maintain a personal life as there is no proper office timing. Basically, the owner want that the employee will enter in office within 9:30 am as per Indian time but he likes the exit time as per his Dubai time. As per the owner, this is not a Govt. Job and only this is a private company, so no employee should not expect yearly increment, etc. Anyone can understand from this about the work culture of this company. If anyone can tolerate all of these, appraisal, job security, work satisfaction will be in his favor.
