It's good that they are working on autonomous vehicle but I have heard only negatives about the company

Dislikes

No coordination between hr and technical team, they will keep you waiting like you don't even matter, they state good salaries to attract the talent but talked to some connections there that they don't give salaries and you have to work 7 days a week sometimes, the interview was good, quite deep and tough for freshers especially related to vehicle dynamics. if your interview is good they will put you on HOLD and then again open the applications to get a candidate with less salary (poorest strategy by any HR I have seen), if they couldn't find anyone then only they will call you otherwise they will not even update you about the decision.

I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
