Identified employees get handsome salary rise irrespective of their performance in the appraisal year. Ugly politics. Work environment is good. Travel opportunity is given to pre identified employee irrespective of their longiness in the project. Work life balance is good. Opportunity to be innovative.

Terrible job security. Lateral entries are never treated at par with who joined as GET. Regionalism.

Fluor Mostly hire temporary Employee.And Terminate Contract any time so Job Security is less. So I think apart from Job Security everything is Fine.

Good work environment with supporting teammates. Good salary. Constant training, which is good.

Not a place for freshers, would suggest to join once you are experienced. High work hours which sometimes become frustrating.
