I like working culture and flexibility in working timings... HR team organizes some refreshing time outs sessions and games that's makes this company at its best. Other thing is, all upper management Peaple's are very supportive and open to discuss anything. They're Very cooperative, Understanding, cool 😎

I can see myself succeeding in this position because l've done similar work in the past and konw what it takes to engage these particular consumers.

I dislike the authoritative leadership they have in place. Look, I have many good ideas, and I tried to move them forward, trying to help.

It's a startup company I learned lots here

Dislikes

All are good but some time as per client requirement you have to stay let night and complete the work. But company not arrange some transport. And Company policy is like only Sunday week off
