I hated the company, They don't have any proper policies and they want people to join immeidately. we loose great talent and it is discrimination. Performance management is traditional and one way no two way reviews. Being an IT company. No proper introductions of surveys, policies, photos you find on website or older and team details on website

No work from home. Worst HR policies actually i dont think there are any policies at all.Improve what you speak and share on website fakeness.The timings are strict. Decision making is quite slow
