Mining and cement equipment supplies and engineering company. After 10yrs of working, I don't find any in it. It had eliminated all existing employee benefits one by one every year. We just get salary only now. It is very much biased, cunning, discriminative, racist, gender biased, inclined to bootlickers and all notorious character company. I don't recommend to my friends but enemies.

...y. Moreover it's a biased (gender biased too), discriminative, inclined, racist. Salary hike are mostly 5% overall but it will be good for bootlickers. You will be cornered if you speak opposition to your boss opinions.

...gement is transparent. Huge tasks to get it know world wide business difficulty. Company policies are good, and they give good salary and bonus every year

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth is very low level. No job security. 10 years back joined same team now doing politics and they only planning to survive. No new people get onrole jobs. They hire good existing onrole executives as temporary job category like contract basis white collars.

Nothing. Poor management. Management will give promotion and hike to their favorites who is always threaten them to put paper and simply sitting and doing nothing. Those who put hard work, streamline the process and shown progress will be getting poor rating. Manager who handling team does not have even leadership quality.

Dislikes

Overall. Poor management. No hike and no promotion. Full of politics and favorism. Hardworking people will be treating very badly and getting negative feedback. Management will be treating like idiot. Based on their behaviour and feedback, will be losing motivation and confidence.

Salary only on time, even get the salary on 28th of months when 30th falls on sunday.

Dislikes

Annual Layoff culture, No Job Security, Work pressure, Work Load, Unrealistic KPIs, No Promotion to employees, No work life balance, Every year around 300 people will be laid off that gives huge pressure to employees. Hire and Fire culture is fls strategy. good company for women employees. Bad managers make you to work all day by giving unrealistic project hours.

Yes, my company has prime concern on employees safety first. Very cautious in taking care of employee health and safety. Very supportive to work from home culture

Dislikes

We are very concerned about our job security during this pandemic situation. We are expecting job loss and pay cuts in near future which actually making us demotivating by any means.
