Mining and cement equipment supplies and engineering company. After 10yrs of working, I don't find any in it. It had eliminated all existing employee benefits one by one every year. We just get salary only now. It is very much biased, cunning, discriminative, racist, gender biased, inclined to bootlickers and all notorious character company. I don't recommend to my friends but enemies.

...y. Moreover it's a biased (gender biased too), discriminative, inclined, racist. Salary hike are mostly 5% overall but it will be good for bootlickers. You will be cornered if you speak opposition to your boss opinions.

...good and if you project it well.. then it will be a wonderful company for you... cafeteria is good, spot bonus will be there.

Increament is less, and job security for some department is not good...

Hr role is very important in the company despite some of the managers in India good but if you talk about Italy very disciplined and healthy culture of working.

Politics,Work only on Paper , work life balance not good,compensation is average.

It's a great work place to start your career. There are more benefits apart from salary and more fun activities at work. Lot of trainings are conducted for your personal and professional growth. There are opportunities to work with different culture people and good exposure.

There is no job security at all. And immediate managers are partial. Very difficult to get promotions even if you work hard.

Likes

Nothing. Poor management. Management will give promotion and hike to their favorites who is always threaten them to put paper and simply sitting and doing nothing. Those who put hard work, streamline the process and shown progress will be getting poor rating. Manager who handling team does not have even leadership quality.

Dislikes

Overall. Poor management. No hike and no promotion. Full of politics and favorism. Hardworking people will be treating very badly and getting negative feedback. Management will be treating like idiot. Based on their behaviour and feedback, will be losing motivation and confidence.
