Good work environment. teammates are supportive

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address issues. Salary is very poor as per education and knowledge.career growth is slow.the job belongs to the role engineer but here you have to do all the work like a helper. they pay very little in terms of work and the salary increase dose not happen quickly and even if it is increased, it increases very little. Even if you give resignation letter when you leave the company, they still obstruct you.they make the experience letter the worst on Xerox paper. there are no any extra facilities like other companies.
