- Typical Lala culture, don't be fascinated by the office space. The modern look of office is an eyewash to project MNC image. - HR policies are terrible. Unnecessary poking from HR on meagre issues. - No WFH, while other companies in same industry have adopted it. - Worst: Parking fees is deducted from salary. - No official outings/parties. - HOD centric culture. Rest employees are just mules.

Here the salary is descent but career growth is good. On training they do not give any stipend.
