Hahaha....pls don't use the word "SUPPORT" for Flourish, as the CO does not understand the meaning of same. He does hv any decision making power. He does not bother the welfare and wellbeing of his employees so called members by him but actually does not know basics of how to treat a member. He only knows giving ATR post joining without any time period. He does not even know that a person from different background needs a basic minimum time period to understand the business process and then utilise his/her skill sets to bring required development. Before that they get the oral letter of ATR (ask to resign) and when questioned, the HR have no answer (as actually there is no answer). Because of certain illiterate persons who are actually good for nothing and they know very well that they cannot sustain anywhere else, by buttering the top boss (CO) here, are actually destroying the culture and work place. Anyone tries to say anything which these few without understanding feels that they are being insulted play politics and arrives at CO' office and starts putting blame or negativity against that individual. I would not recommend anyone to join even if they 50% more than their present salary as they will be risking their life.... If he/she is already well settled in the present organization.
