Date of First Interview: [1st Walkin Interview on 3rd Jan 2024] Interview Process: The interview process lacked clarity in terms of communication. I received positive feedback after the initial interview, but there was a significant delay in updates followed by a rejection email. Interestingly, I was then contacted again for a final round interview, which ultimately resulted in another rejection. Advice for Applicants: It's important to manage expectations during the application process. While positive feedback is encouraging, it's best to wait for a formal offer letter before assuming selection.

Likes

The overall team is great, will have a chance to work with new people & cross dept functions. Learning is great, happening to have a good time in learning new things.

Dislikes

The management is not to be taken as a joke. they take anything personally, even though it is not affecting them or the business. They are a bit of Egoistic angle whatever the employees think or do they should know even if it is not on the business role. They don't think/treat people who are working with them family, they treat as a product they just use us & then throw us away & use a fresh one later on.
