Clearance, transportation,,how to manage filed staff again I m learn this procedure to this company, otherwise nothing.

Highly politics being played around. Work is Nt being appreciated though spending number of hrs. Dislikes In Flomic frt there is lots of internal issues.every people doing good jobs but some people not too good in job.when I was stared doing job in this company there is lots of pendacy of work. Lots of pressure in this company depressed working environment. At the time of joining Hr team not inform to employees company rules ,terms conditions like notice period is 90 days , appointment letter also not provide on time after 1 month ,6 month also , & when employees left the job that time company to much harresh to employees like delay of payment,full & final settlement,PF & so much delay like after 7 ,8 month issue the full & final settlement.

Pls note there I had learnt many things regarding lcl import . Working environment is also good. Management was also supportetive.

Pls note I only left the job because the wave length regarding the work was not matching between me & branch manager.

No freedom, there was always a fear that somebody is listening us. No employee is getting mediclaim. No KRIs are set. Randomly appraisals are taken since there are no KRI set up
