...f all this is a most third class company along with a third class HR management. My salary was on hold , I try to contact too many times with HR but she didnot pickup my call. When the time of joining they promise you lot of things but after joining they even don't give you the appointment letter on time. Suppose you once faced a difficulty in office and you think that you need to discuss it with the HR, she don't respond to your call. I don't know what is the exactly problem. HR has zero problem solving skill but she is the HR of this company and she think all other employees are coming here with zero quality or they don't have any knowledge. This is the work culture of this company.

Nothing, they get rid of the good staffs who helps the writers.

...hat they don't have to pay you. That have introduced penalty system like school. And they deduct salary basis on the most petty issues. They never give you work based on your working field, rather they give you all sorts of work and will expect from you to excel in those. The tls will speak with you as if you're their servant.

Manager and the Admin was very good and helpful. I get a good support from them while working.

.../Owner of the company is having a attitude problem. He do not see his employees. He doesn't pay their salary on time and after several knocks he pay the incentives of the employees and sometimes he doesn't pay the Incentive of the employees.

...the things are bad. Management is very poor. HR introduce new policy every week. The management is there to cut your salary with an excuse. They treat the writers as the labours. The job of the organisation is also unethical as it completes the online courses for the clients. Some time you have to give exam on behalf of the client. All the writers are using chegg for their work. No scope for improvement or skills development. The work life balance is bad as any time your TL can call you and assign a job. No rotational shifts.

I did not have good experience with Floating Chip. They did not pay me a single penny for the 1.5 months of my job. Showed me early termination without providing proper documentation like notice or employee release letter.

Dislikes

No work life balance. late night assignment, early morning exams everything was there.
