...ndly business organisation they only promote those people who licks there legs . Leave structure is very poor , salary structure is also very poor .

8 Rest Days on a month is the one and only good things in this office.

Dislikes

Didn't get your salary on time, sometimes you got your salary on 10 of the month and performance bonus on 15, 16, 17 or 18 any one of that day. This is very ridiculous thing. And second thing is if you have some emergency still you didn't get any preferred date for week off, actually they said we give you 8 Rest Days so you have to taken week off as per our choice and company pay you as a employee so you have to do everything as per company's choice.

Maximum things i dislike about this company…they are not providing salary properly…like your salary date is 7 th and its 20th today but i have not received my full salary yet… it’s a very disgusting experience that i am facing now…and they dont take preference for roster they dont want to change your week off dates…they want you to work like an animal but then they don’t give salary on time…they don’t response when i raise any complaint related to my salary…

Here you will enjoy the work. But Salary will be demotivate you. If you are a single and freshers then this is the job for you.

The system of salary deduction for a leave is horrible here. The management is also poor.

No good work environment and no good culture. I worked 3 years approx but no benefits are there and company policies are not good and management is so poor they only deduct the salary and they only wants deductions also they also not give bonus at the end not good place to work. They ruined the career also there is nothing to learn something new.

...here of the company not good managers is not good they doesn't address issues. Salary is not decent and there no careers growth in this company. And they only need freshers because they won't be increase salary of old employees so many employees quit there job in this company. I am one of them.
