...on't waste your time here efforts and hardwork here they just giving you hoping. and they give the all efforts to decrease your growth and salary. Salary not on time, job security 0, work culture not like corporate companies it's like workers , work from home taken more work with less pay , hygiene issues, cokroch , lizard, rat ,

...ith through false comments, at the time of claim or reward the give you excuses. Wfh comes with deduction of 25% of salary, 1st year 1, leaves only, starting years they never give you leave just switched your work. Next year they strt politics in the time of appraisal don't value your give extra extra extra work load unusual excuse, this company need awards to give terrible , some people's doing the sahi istemal of their position, holding the money people, if worker done the mistak they need to pay with their money , is the company working base on eating money or false comments. Don't think false comments only with you many people in their trap give you more task given you promise for something if you done this you will get this but nothing it will happen if they get new . Every darkness i found here. Some are good colleges some are very bad some comes just for doing hindu muslim and politics. Who work in corporate companies they didn't do like this it's showing cheap mentality only nothing else. Some people have to much work and some have nothing to do.

...er completing the target still they deduct certain amount without any reason. Company credit salary on every month of 20th to 23rd. Company does not have any proper management system. Improper work culture. Company do not have any good washroom and cafeteria facilities for their employees. Higher management do scam with their loyal employees and customers. Main come founder gaurav zatakia is involved for cheating their employees. If anything we escalated to the superiors they don't even bother to get a proper resolution. In every stages company tries to deduct salery in different conciquences.

Working here won't give you any growth opportunities you're just working like normal worker to fill in your days and get your salary. The salary does not come on time as the Hr takes no heed in processing it on time and there is a huge delay,you have to keep reminding the Hr every now and then for your salary Staff is not very friendly even.This company is not worth putting your time and efforts.

Been a startup companies you would be expected to do multitasking which helps you to grow.

Employer doesn't value the employees and also the salary is not on time ,basic facilities such as drinking water , cafeteria is not provided properly
