HR basically scams you while hiring. Whatever terms that’s not written on the offer letter, cannot be availed here. Getting leave in this organisation is almost impossible. If you have a US visa then don’t join this company, they expect you to go to US and do menial site supervisor jobs with no perks and benefits. They do not give any credit cards to employees who are slogging in the US and make us max out our credit card. Basically you are being scammed if you are working here.

Flipspaces is a fast growing organization with a very good management. The overall work culture is good.

... hike form this company after working for like near about 2 years. (Received 2.5k max hike even after supporting them during the toughest times of covid even after cutting 75% salary) You will never be valued by the management if you are in a junior level designer post. You will have 0 growth staying with the company if you are not an IIT,NIT,IIM or NICMAR graduate. Lot more are there. Just stopping here.

People working at the office are good and friendly in manner. Conduct some events/parties twice in a month.

Work Culture and there is no skill improvement here. Salary will be credited only on 10 th of the month not on the 1st week.

...ing. In this covid 19 epidemec company is fired from this company in march 2020. and company not give my salary last 4 months . This company is a biggest fraud.this is a fraudulent company. Naver work in this comy and naver give to work this company . It's a biggest fraud. And I also legel complein in Gujrat state government in desaster managment for my salary. I repeat to all of please note please not work in this company in any situation becose company give employees sallery and any other payment. And not give any interior design project . Jalaj danger is a main fraud.

...ny had track record of not paying to employees and harassing them to last level. They will keep your salary and can fire you anytime without giving notice. Currently 70% pay cut is going on across all levels till Dec 2020. Covid around 60% of staff had been laid off. Company is planning to shut down his business.

Dislikes

Nothing to like about company. They will keep your salary and will fire you anytime. They had history of not paying to vendors and everyday you can find vendors sitting outside the office for non payment. Several vendors had done police complaint against employees
