There’s nothing to like about the company . You will go mad with their stupid rules . They need to create a proper structure in hierarchy.

Dislikes

They don’t understand ground realties. Always behind money and they do anything to get sales . Customer service is very poor . These people always try to convince the client instead of giving him the actual solution . This will sure fall down within a year from now .

Likes

1. Team-mates were really good. 2. Manager improved themselves if they find people not comfortable with their behavior. 3. A lot of tools and technologies to learn. 4. Exposure to do multiple things at a time, I was provide desktop, android and Ios testing at the same time from which I learnt alot 5. Get to know about various methodologies. 6. Get to know about business process and architectural planning and design. 7. Release ownership. 8. Innovation is good, product team is good. 9. Work Environment is average sometimes too much pressure sometimes light but you will never be free always busy which develops your skill of working fast and grow understanding skills. 10. Good opportunity to start with because you will learn various things but not continue for so long because there is not much of a growth chance.

Dislikes

1. Too much work pressure after knowing everything about the product. 2. Late night stay for girls as well. 3. Even after giving 100% effort and back to back good work, threaten for job or forcing to do other things. 4. Pushing tester to do development also, not the automation. 5. Automation is very less more is manual effort. 6. Little bit of politics by VP of company i.e. "Kamal" because he was responsible for every release planning. 7. Not good in terms of money. 8. Developers are not so cooperative they have superiority complex.
