If your manager don't like you, you can be trapped. Pseudo HR policy. No one will hear you, though they have a campaign running named as "we listen" 😝. They say you will get a chance to get relocated, but when you apply for that they will not support.

Where off role (junior) employees don't give respect to the seniors. And managers listen direct to off role employees. They will pressurize you if you are dedicated employee but don't want to give pressure to those who all day loitering in the office and did nothing.
Good management & culture, lots of things to learn. Job security is there & you are free to implement any progressive idea's in the ongoing project where you can expect full support from your line managers & central ops.
