Lack of adaptability of Technical solutions. Favoritism and unfair judgements, leaders are unable to utilize the potential of a person who diligently want to work . Lots of personal and office politics, no professional behavior conduct. Harassment of workforce , they don't know boundaries of talking. People are lazy enough to do actual implementation of the things, they'll just make a normal thing as big thing and will present to their leads. As warehouses are in completely outskirts so including travel time, whole day 12 hours will be gone. Not much productive and innovative work.

You will receive salary on time. Perks and benefits are there, if only your manager let's you avail them 😕

If your manager don't like you, you can be trapped. Pseudo HR policy. No one will hear you, though they have a campaign running named as "we listen" 😝. They say you will get a chance to get relocated, but when you apply for that they will not support.
