Likes

Compensation and benifits are really good that include term insurance too. Senior management is very supportive and can be easily reachable. They insists on not working post 7PM OR on weekends, a push for work life balance is being taken care by management.

Dislikes

Work life balance goes for a toss, you end up working 10+ hours every day. Too many departments and approvals needed for a small change in SOP. After all the follow ups nothing really happens on ground. Weak IT and infrastructure.

I am very happy that I was a part of Flipkart team but there is no recognition for the employee who works hard over there and lot of politics are there including HR, in my case they were transferred me without any reason where as I work hard in reducing the cost cutting and utilized my skills but in resulting to that these guys are done damaged to my career, I believe that management should involve into such type of incidents in deep so that people like me should not suffer.

They've wantedly transferred me to other place, given no salary when I've resumed duty after my director's instructions pl. tell me how can I survive without any salary that too you are in remote location, and there is no job security in that company, only thing I like is work environment , I believe even this also it depends upon us how we can create an healthy atmosphere. but I was happy with my team mates who used to support me.

Work life balance till your manager is good or else your life will be in hell. If your package is high compare to other person who are working then make sure you can get kicked out by saying this after 3months . All of a sudden you will get to hear ' sorry we don't have any project we can't keep you please look for other job '. Though the project is going on and no official mail is there. Please be aware before joining . Manager name : SURESH RAWAT

...will always get a threat to kick you out from the organisation be it FTC / FTE . Salary structure is very poor. Here promotions happen not considering your work or something but if you have source or can oil your manager then there are possibility. Eg: a manager with 10years of operations experience become a analytics manager in a day and given this fact , he will be getting training from the current data analyst employees. Plus the data analyst who are already working for 3years they wont give you any promotion opportunity rather they will say 'we are unable to pay you salary we don't have budget , if you are interested for promotion by hearing this go for it" . Are you serious how can a one tech analytics manager play with the careers of the employees.

If you're on roll employee.. you will be the happiest one. Salary on time Office top notch Every free meals keep you motivated to go office And many other allowances

If you're 3rd party employee. Think 10000 time before joining.. few managers are so toxic.. they will not even think twice to fire you.. they will call you and force you to resign . They can't tolerate if you grow infront of them.. they will target you. Slient firing is only thing that happens in the back end
