No appraisal, no perks , less salary and reductions. At risk when more ideal time and more avail... When they need you're employee otherwise a survent.

You'll get your salary in time. And the the only good thing is salary package they are provide.

Dislikes

The culture. They are made huge difference between on roll and off roll employees. They divided you from everything. Most of the on roll employees have a bad attitude for their leadership, even there are more talented and experienced off roll employees working under third party payroll. And the most embarassing part is, a fresher on roll who got the job from campusing (Don't know how to deal with the pressure and hard situation) are leading experienced off roll employees who knows how to work in serious situation and under pressure. The difference is huge. That makes a bad culture.

Likes

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

Salary and benefits given at the promised time and skill was very good the way they trained .

Dislikes

The most painful story is that company told us we are shutting down from 31 St oct.2022 and don't need you all to my team on the Auspicious occasion of Diwali at 6pm .

Permanent work from home. On time salary and 1 month free paid training.

Dislikes

High work pressure. No work life balance. Seniors are friendly but then again differs person to person in case you are shifted to different teams. Worst part is you have to talk continuously for straight 8 to 9 hours and ofcourse weak ones get exhausted after completion of 4 hours nor its healthy to talk so much for an average person .
