If you want to make your life hell then only join flipkart in hub operations No work life balance no week off extended shift hours we have to work for 11 to 12 hours without over time worst leave policy we have to cry for week off and there is no encashment police as well on paper there is weekend off but we have struggle to get one week off lots of pressure from Senior management as they treated lower employees badly Worst company culture no security to the female employee as in hub 95% are male co workes think twice before joining this co called company who believes in great place to work but in reality its a worst company
