It has been a year, and I have not received any salary increase, . I've noticed that many employees in my company, some of whom have been here for over six years, remain in the same roles. I'm based in Assam, where job opportunities are limited, and the 5% annual salary increment barely keeps up with inflation in India. It seems that the company prioritizes cost-saving and productivity over recognizing knowledge and skills. It's quite frustrating, to be honest. 😂

Dislikes

strongly dislike the company. Senior employees keep emphasizing the need for daily training and strict adherence to standard operating procedures, warning us that it might impact our performance evaluations. Management, particularly project managers. I have no intention of ever working for this company again, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Kiran sir who is my mentor and big brother he is the only guy who motivated me all time and also teach me lots of things with that tought me lots of work of our company.

Company provides ontime salary.

I never see this type of horrible work culture in my entire life. Where off role (junior) employees don't give respect to the seniors. And managers listen direct to off role employees. They will pressurize you if you are dedicated employee but don't want to give pressure to those who all day loitering in the office and did nothing.

Its purely a customer centric organization which is a best part of it. Simultaneously it's a employee centric too.

Dislikes

Minimum pay to all for same grade. Inside the organisation, there a lots for more capable employee than a newly hired on. They deserved most than the new comers.

There is no work life balance.Managers are not capable where I was appointed.They have their own lobby and that lobby run the entire facility so manager are depended on them
