While the processes remain similar like earlier, there is no one overlooking or ensuring these are followed. HR has become weak and they lack backbone. If your manager don't like you, you can be trapped. Pseudo HR policy. No one will hear you, though they have a campaign running named as "we listen" 😝. They say you will get a chance to get relocated, but when you apply for that they will not support.
