Very poor management... Even at mid night 12pm.. mangers will message on group is there any sale or not... Tooo much micro management.. you can't go for loo...or lunch.. But, if you leave the company.... And applied in new company the HR of flinto will give very bad feedback to you future company about you... So peace of advice .. if you join this company.. don't show your experience of flinto... TO YOU FUTUR COMPANY.. I personally experience that...

... with total politics & lobby . They wd sugar coat words so dat u dont feel bad . Apart from Salary nothing much to like .

They wd provide mental imbalance to make u crazy and suck blood out of u like a Parasite . Work on Sundays if Weekly targets not achieved .

Everything...they think like if we are working here means we are there slave. As an educator I didn't like the curriculum too...but I'm a single parent I have to work for my child,so I'm working here

The school is good and all the children are good and they listen

Certain of them are very cunning they won't make others grow they are very partial to some of them if they dont like a person they will make them feel they are useless.
