Nothing. Don't work in this company it's a very worst company to work.

No body works here and they just blame u. Seniors take credits if things are going good else they just pinpoint u. Nothing new u learn there it's a complete outdated company and with just 2 to 3 year experience they are csm and pm and people who join are having more experience should work under these people's. Very bad culture treat u as a slave better not to work rather than working in this company

The company hierarchy is the poorest I've ever seen. Everyone just keeps blaming you for their own faults. They always try to get their jobs done by you. The team leads, reporting manager everyone just gets on your nerves. The work environment for interns is really toxic. No increments nothing to learn. You just have to perform tasks of your managers and team leads. If you want your peace of mind then please avoid joining here (especially as an INTERN).

The kind of work been done there opens a lot of doors for a candidate who decides to leave the company after 2 year. Good company to work for 2 years max.

Dislikes

Their managers are all from one college- Dhanbad.... Their is favouritism. Honest performers aren't acknowledged. One has to open (L)pick the boots of key stake holders and always brag their own performance in order to remain relevant. I served the company for more than 2 years and was one of top performers but faced a lot of unnecessary criticism because of office politics

I loved: 1. Values 2. Culture 3. People The people are extremely good. They are full of compassion and empathy for their fellow workmates. They form a very supportive ecosystem for people to experiment and fail fast.

With such amazing people, decision making must be fast.

Likes

The company maintains a flat hierarchy, encouraging participation by everyone. Also there is great emphasis on learning. The willingness to learn, understand and implement is coveted.

The HR staff is a bit lackadaisical, but will eventually help you.
