....and they won't pay anything for doing OT...Too much of Attrition and Politics..and they may fire you anytime by giving non sense reasons just before 1 week of your Salary...

... transparent specially when talk about Mahesh sir is the Bahubali of flexisales. Appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus according to our performances.

There are no pros of the company....in fact we don't have option for 0 stars otherwise would have given it 0 stars.

You just name the cons and those will be surely present in this bogus and spam company...I strongly urge and request all the candidates not to join this worst company otherwise your life will become HELL.

It was situated in a perfect work place but the environment inside the office is extremely terrible.

The Hr along with the manager's and the Team leader are placed on without any work experiences. The team leaders make there employees work as a donkey in a market. There is no growth for any one there... Half of the Team leaders are 12th fail along with some Team Managers. They even don't know to type an email to their colleagues or to their seniors out there. Also the Hr team is worst. No one helps out to the employees working out there if any one has any complaint against any of the TM or TL.

They need to know employees situation and stop to bother on employee regarding shift timing . Unnecessary reason to dissmis the employees from job.need to interact each and every employee in a week in that covid critical condition
