Salary would be little concern in this company .It's very low may be all would not get attracted to the pay scale but as per learning is concern .you will get loads of thing to learn .

Everything. Toxic culture, blaming, no training and no one knows system working. Fake sense of responsibility

Company policies, management, late-hour works, work pressure are the points which makes Flexiele not a place to work. Moreover you won't get support from IT team & your managers.
