Learning is what I like in Flexiele, though your learning is limited here.

Dislikes

Company policies, management, late-hour works, work pressure are the points which makes Flexiele not a place to work. Moreover you won't get support from IT team & your managers.

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed).
