Yearly Salary hike is too low 3 to 7%. BPO type work culture Promotions are too delayed(After 3 to 5 years)... 3 Month NON NEGOTIABLE Notice period makes it difficult to exit and find new job. Too much excel reports and repetative work makes you feel like Clerk. Paid transport.No free canteen facilities. Flex is BIG NO for engineers...

...gh training in flex. There is bus route for Vellore so it's very helpful for me. About salary I don't care too much about salary because its not about the salary it's all about gaining experience. About myself: Iam Aravind and I studied "BE" Electrical and electronics Engineering. I have 2 Years experience. 1 year i worked in TVS(Brakes India private limited) has government apprentice training. And 1 year I work in flex has IQA quality and warehouse supervisor.

... it is will be nightmare for you and if you are SOP guy then it is best for you. Also they are facing cost cutting issue to increase profits so they are doing silent layoffs and try to torture employee so they will resign. And if you are trying to leave then they smash you with 3 months notice even if you are on bench and try to rot you to satisfy ego. I work here for last 3 years and they didn't give any hike or promotion except you licking there shoes. Please don't join this company now this senior management basterds are here for 10 years more and they are not going until thie retirement and this basterds also don't have any technical IT skills. Thanks to god for bringing me out of this hell.
