About myself: Iam Aravind and I studied "BE" Electrical and electronics Engineering. I have 2 Years experience. 1 year i worked in TVS(Brakes India private limited) has government apprentice training. And 1 year I work in flex has IQA quality and warehouse supervisor.

Yearly Salary hike is too low 3 to 7%. BPO type work culture Promotions are too delayed(After 3 to 5 years)... 3 Month NON NEGOTIABLE Notice period makes it difficult to exit and find new job. Too much excel reports and repetative work makes you feel like Clerk. Paid transport.No free canteen facilities. Flex is BIG NO for engineers...

...his covid period. Whole management is worst and they are playing worst politics. Now I'm jobless also they didn't gave me any compensation or severance package...

Salary problem and bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. New joinees are taken.
