Recently there were no much hike in Salary and Promotions also become far from reachable. Even though hybrid work model now a days they are very much strict and making everyone to come to office for atleast 10 days

... it is will be nightmare for you and if you are SOP guy then it is best for you. Also they are facing cost cutting issue to increase profits so they are doing silent layoffs and try to torture employee so they will resign. And if you are trying to leave then they smash you with 3 months notice even if you are on bench and try to rot you to satisfy ego. I work here for last 3 years and they didn't give any hike or promotion except you licking there shoes. Please don't join this company now this senior management basterds are here for 10 years more and they are not going until thie retirement and this basterds also don't have any technical IT skills. Thanks to god for bringing me out of this hell.

... of the Senior managers under him survive in flex only because of his blessings. If you're joining the procurement team please avoid Flex no growth no salary nothing and full of politics with undeserving people as leaders. One Senior Manager under Ramesh only hired female employees as a replacement for male employees who left Flex and kept on giving promotions only to female employees even though they didn't deserve them I asked him about the promotion and on what basis he was giving promotions also there are many talented and deserving male candidates in the team still he promoted only female employees when I asked him this, he added my name in the next layoff list as a nonperformer even though I got 5 times first ratings in my performance appraisals. without checking the background Ramesh approved it. Wow, what a monster!!! without doing anything these guys are getting paid heavily in leadership roles so they think of themselves as god!
