Many things which I personally don't like. 1. Dirty Politics 2. Poor management, they himself don't have proper coordination. 3. CFO has not taken any decisions without consideration of Promoter. 4. Many frauds happening. 5. Making fool to Adani people. 6. Company has appointed CFO but he just taking care of banking work. 7. CFO not even signed the financial as he is not aware of how financials are prepare. 8. Hr is operated by the management as per their convenience. Hr department don't have their opinions. 9. Basically a LALA company.

Very good work and all good staff members and management team so I long time organization work with us.

Uniform like not comfortable because Airport structure so like a blazer , suits types so positively good looks all staff😊

Its being 2 years i am working in Flemingo Duty Free Shop at mumbai International Airport. Its a fantastic place to gain work experience or enhance ur customer skills. Its a place to those who wants to earn as well or learn as well

Worst job culture I ever seen. It was my biggest mistake to join this company there is no job security.no good incentive. Not even good relationship with brands. Every month they change their incentive plan to make sure employees don't get incentive

Worst company. In each and every decision union will involve and try to get benefits. No job motivation.
