Work culture is pathetic. Work here manay years not not get promotion. Company is not clear about the incentive policy. They give incentives as per their choice and do not hear any complaint of any employee.

... inventory team, there are 3.3 year old employees who are still not trusting me. The biggest problem is that the remaining salary of our inventory is not more than Rs 700 or Rs 1000 after completion of 1 year. This is what I said, Ma'am, please Ma'am, I am requesting you to tell me to someone.

...c Environment. No respect nor recognition. they just hire and threaten to fire . always talks about your salary in meetings , no productivity talks. Honestly its not the right place to work. Better look for opportunities where you have a career growth.

Boot lic***g toxic culture, No ethical standards. You will have to beg to your Manager even for your earned leaves. Big Incentive will be earned by those who transfer it back to the manager from backdoor.
