The company culture is good and all the employees are good to talk to.

... inventory team, there are 3.3 year old employees who are still not trusting me. The biggest problem is that the remaining salary of our inventory is not more than Rs 700 or Rs 1000 after completion of 1 year. This is what I said, Ma'am, please Ma'am, I am requesting you to tell me to someone.

The logistics industry is becoming challenging and tuff thus there is no work-life balance. Poor HR Policies. Micro Management will not solve the core problems.

Timely salary credited, even though my boss keeps on threatening us that salary will be deducted/salary won't be credited due to not meeting the expectations, and parameters set by the management.

No job security at all, firing and hiring is only a couple of days Gap, if I were to suggest any of my closer circle to join Fleetx, i would blindly suggest them not to join. Complete micromanagement from end to end. Sometimes Evng calls happen upto 9.30-10pm. 😢

1) product service is not good 2) Clinet is not satisfied with the product so mean you can't generate the business again after sales 3) management is not clear on their words 4) not peni single support form management for sales

Work culture is pathetic. Work here manay years not not get promotion. Company is not clear about the incentive policy. They give incentives as per their choice and do not hear any complaint of any employee.
