Everything is about to dislike but salary is the big concern there they’ll hold your salary without any justification and if you’ll try to ask them about the salary they’ll not answer you, your job is also not secured, they onboard people and off board the same person very next day without any justification and they’ll not answer the call of that person.

There is nothing much to do unless you are self driven to work as it is a so called "Lala" company without any proper team structure. You can continue to work in Fleeca India at the cost of your own career and one day you may be asked to leave without any reason . The owner works for his own personal interest !

1. No proper organisation structure 2. Low salary levels 3. No direction of the organisation 4. No brand value 5. No market Reputation 6. Salary is not given on time 7. Full & final amount of people leaving organisation is withheld for months and sometimes not given at all 8. Join this organisation only as the last option if you do not have anything better to do

Iam joined Fleeca at 2021 was the and learned a lot from CEO Mr. Tikam Chand Jain Sir and got lot of motivation and learning and skill learning and Business development & Relationships & it's good behavior of all employees.

I have never seen any b ace point while doing b fleeca work. which I would not have liked.

My resign approved but my pending sallary not given by HR team. Many mails,calls & messages for pending sallary but no any single reply from any senior management or HR team.😡😡😡

There is No Security about your job You will be terminated in a minute. This worst thing in this company 😏.
