Good work environment. Team Leaders and managers are very supportive. Good and well disciplined staff.

Salary is low but career growth is good. Notice period is too long (90 days). If work is bot available and you are on bench then salary will not be provided.

Nowadays is ok for this company, but now it is bad No job security, Not satisfied salary and not growth in this company.Finaly i like but it's a poor in my rating 2.5 star.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Few good people are there to support or console you when the management puts unnecessary pressure on you.

...ore people's work: no motivation, no recognition, no support, no acknowledgment. A 15-year-old company still doesn't know how to decide to pay you incentives and we still have to believe the same and work like a donkey. Working in sales you need to attend leads day and night, attend leads from the US, Canada, Europe, the UK, Australia, Singapore. Please tell me when to sleep and spend time with our family. They give you fake promises while hiring that we might need to travel abroad, but never happened.

...to do other work also mostly the people who are under favorite of the managers, They can hold your salary for any reason , and then make you beg as if you are a beggar.my advice please don't join this company better join a startup or a small agency.
