Work culture was good the people were very friendly and there were many celebrations during festival times and it is a good place to start a career

Slow growth and the work will be autonomous and the job security Is not assured it depends upon the performance of the candidate

Recruitement Process : the process is so fast and efficient for Recruiter and Candidate it saves lot of time and effort. they give you feedback so that you can work on it after the end of technical and managerial round itself. Very flexible on the timing, its the candidate who picks up. In general, its an aviation product based company. everything here is documented and well maintained. for a fresher/new joinee they have detailed document for all the process and that makes employee easy. apart from the document the colleagues are friendly and reachable.

Likes

It's very good company to learn and grow. I was working there for 2.3 years and it has a good culture, friendly colleagues, and seniors. It better place to grow. Management at least give ears to what employee says.

Dislikes

The hike could have been better. Training needs to improve. Self-learning is there. The work-Life balance you can definitely manage.
