Literally, Nothing is good in this company. I wish I would have never joined here. Ruined my mental health here. Please stay jobless but do not join this company

Almost everything here I disliked. No employee value, No proper salary, No appraisal, and Weird HR Rules like No mobile phones allowed. How can employees work without a mobile phone? We cant talk loudly, can't even laugh or smile. Hopeless and rude Directors. Strict break timing and office timing. No sick leave is given to employees. The worst days passed here. go to some other company and please do not join this company

There is nothing to like in this company as directors of this company (domestic) have no vision. Even directors are not having any experience in domestic market. There are stockiest in pharma industry have good knowledge than the director of this company have. Well it's matter of time. This will never work in IPM.

Directors. Less knowledgeable and conservative minded. Second is HR. HR should be pillar of organization. But here HR is pillar of directors.
