Very noisy and quarrelsome workplace. People fight for small things. Micro-management. Lack of proper system. Perks are almost nil. Lots of work pressure. Excessive company politics

It is a good platform for GETs, Learning of limited instruments and automation. self-motivation to stay in company

Dislikes

No job security, No personal life, Late sitting, Non-technical Line manager, Too much micro management, No reporting hierarchy, No trust on the Employee, Termination of Employee without justifiable reason. Always finding a substitute instead of motivation. Shouting and scolding in public Commissioning team is there still too much travelling at the site

Fives Group having various vertical of business. Combustion technology is part of it, you can learn and work on many combustion applications. Global exposure, cooperative staff and good HR policy

I worked under first my manager Mr.Rahul Rajgor he had given me so much liberty and encouragement in work life balance.later i got transferred in marketing under different manger there i do not find any such growth.. and ver good managing director Mr.S K Dan he is very inspiring person for new peoples to work in this company
