Bad culture in office internally

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Totally bad experience in the culture of five star business Ltd Bina branch

This 5 Star company was paying salary only basic salary no incentives paid it is very bad. Heavy hard work but this company was only basic salary paying. No earning extra incentives and bonus . Ta and da was not paying. Jis company working employees not growing it is very poor situation

They provide decent salary and incentive and we didn't get it properly coz we should funding our incentive and salary to customers and it doesn't come to you anyway .we should funding for abscond and some uninsured death customers too.

Good opportunities for sales and collection employees there is no good salary for credit department employees Less salaries over work But work life balance was good no timings you can complete the files in your login there will be no calls from superiors

Very less salary when compared to sales team very less basic salary TA is very less when compared to distance you travel Yearly hike was also less Promotions also you will get after 2 years

I am happy with the company management, company policies and etc

... and on month end its touch around 10:30pm also and daily it is around 7:30 pm. kindly consider this points and if branch working on any holidays please pay the OT over time on that day.
