They provide decent salary and incentive and we didn't get it properly coz we should funding our incentive and salary to customers and it doesn't come to you anyway .we should funding for abscond and some uninsured death customers too.

Good opportunities for sales and collection employees there is no good salary for credit department employees Less salaries over work But work life balance was good no timings you can complete the files in your login there will be no calls from superiors

Salary hold december month , credited on January 10th ,low performance behaviour salary hold HR team , I pay commitments locked so I have spot reliving this company, but hr team absconded on this mail , worst behaviour team

... and on month end its touch around 10:30pm also and daily it is around 7:30 pm. kindly consider this points and if branch working on any holidays please pay the OT over time on that day.
