This company is so good for staff . All sistem work is so good and time to time selery .

Management doesn't address our issues selary is decent but Carrer growth is slow there is a bond of 2 year before which you cannot resign. on the job training is not given to new joinees

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions.
