There are some managers who will pressurize and underrate the work that developers do. No matter how much hard you work, if you do one mistake then the manager will be on top of your head. No chance to travel abroad.

Fast-paced environment that required quick adaptability. High expectations for independent problem-solving. Challenging tasks that pushed technical skills to the limit. Minimal hand-holding, encouraging self-learning and initiative. Tight deadlines, fostering efficiency and time management.

Higher management is really good. Work culture is also awesome

Dislikes

Sometimes, We have to work more than 12 hours straight in a day as we have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Some project managers are doing micro management but the Delivery heads and Other project managers are clear with the work load for individuals.

Likes

Best part of Fission is the friendly startup work culture and the awesome work life balance. Good work is always appreciated. Management is extremely friendly and approachable and so are the peers.
