Hr management Poor relationship with employees Late salary, mis counting present days, and the most they are not giving any documents after leaving job and not receive call of ex Employee

The company is innovation and adopts latest technology which work only with organic products. I am the part of management team which only focus on customer satisfaction and their valuable feedback.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but management was not good because company in growing condition, I have to work hard 14-16 hours straight in day as i have to attend client calls in evening and sometimes late into the night and run away anytime or mostly on tour . There is no on job training for freshers or newly joined staff members.

Its a gud company but it will take time to stand in the market, because off all fishapa products are new in market
