It is a great workplace for freshers, where they can learn and gain valuable knowledge at FCEC. The company also organizes celebrations for various festive occasions and actively engages employees in them.

Many unfair things happened to some employees, and favoritism was prevalent. The management often claimed to be transparent, but their actions contradicted this. Whenever an employee spoke out against some of the management member, they were targeted and cornered that employee.
