For everyone who has applied to this company. Please do your study and apply. I've had one of the worst six months here at this firm. No appropriate senior to assist. Only one person is on the field doing sales, while the rest are sitting in the office enjoying themselves. No effort from office employees, and no one in the sales department, even the sales manager, knows how to write a basic E-mail. And one of the main and the most important things is that the company doesn't even provide you with guidelines and policies when you join the company, also no ID Card and visiting card also not given to me when I was visiting their client. Told me to use a blank card and write your name on it and share with them. Met a lot of people with new and brilliant ideas, but there are few seniors who think they only have brains to think and others are just like normal dumb employees. The company is business oriented, doesn't care about its employees, no medi claims facilities. As per me there are few seniors jinke wajese company is lacking a lot of modern techniques to make the brand visible. One of the employees of this company told me bhai tu kuch bhi ideas ya suggestions Dede, inko joh sahi lagega woh unke hisaab se hi karege, they will only listen to you and ignore your ideas. No scope, no growth but if you want to enjoy life with this crowd go ahead and all the best for ruining up your future.
