The mid-level management and overall management at this company have displayed a concerning lack of professionalism. The subject matter experts, team coaches, and associates leads have shown favoritism towards certain employees, engaging in politics around the clock and providing preferential treatment to their close acquaintances. Despite warnings from the HR team, these individuals continue to exhibit rude and unprofessional behavior. Consequently, the work environment has become extremely toxic and detrimental to productivity.

Dislikes

Applications are outdated.Employees have to work 16 to 17 hours to complete 9 hours work without any extra Pay. Login credentials are limited users have to wait for the login credentials for the work to be done

Unprofessionalism, No Work life balance, TL Manager Team coach Sme they take meeting for no reason, No allocation is done by TL ,management suddenly tells to do wfo or wfh,worst management ,the company has there own software and it does not work for 1 hour in shift time and then they tell us to extend or come early for 1 hour,My advice will be dont join this company but if you want mental stress you are free to join this pathetic company.

Nothing is nice they harass people for taking one day leave and then sugar coat things manager are god small companies was very good in starting now is become bad to worst because they are getting business

Management very bad makes things uncomfortable for users they can do anything but always blame users no work life balance cheat people hire on low package saying work from home and then call you office saying your not performing which is a lie dont consider their mistake and dont give salary hike also cheaters HR also only listen to management not employees only favourite people are heard promoted and appreciated

The Manager working hear dance on the direction of a lady ATL whatever she says the manager and management acts like that and all things which are going good those goes bad to worse. The ATL takes evrything personal and don't let anyone work freely she just loves that everyone needs to set of system for 12 or more hrs. She will never stand for the any of the employee under her. If anyone needs to be relaxed working under her then you need to be robot and say whatever she says act like she wants work for hrs. There any many things which I can say about the company but while saying anything I need to mention her as the manager..... Don't want to use abuse words so highly not recommended company there is 15% deduction going on for every employee on CTC and they will not notice you if you are not licking anyone. I can say the AM is good but the manager don't let him handle thing as the manager is the senior most member of the company.
