Unprofessionalism, No Work life balance, TL Manager Team coach Sme they take meeting for no reason, No allocation is done by TL ,management suddenly tells to do wfo or wfh,worst management ,the company has there own software and it does not work for 1 hour in shift time and then they tell us to extend or come early for 1 hour,My advice will be dont join this company but if you want mental stress you are free to join this pathetic company....Read More

Horrible expereince, thry will give you so much work that you will not be able to complete it in your working hours, and then next day in the morning meeting they will ask you why have not you completed. And they keep supervising you like a spy. No work-life balance, you will work for hours even after your shift is over. No perks. Only trainers are good. TL and managers think that we are punchingbags, they will suddenly take meetings and ask about your performance which was of 4-5 months ago. There is so much to tell. But in short i want to tell u do not join, no growth and only stress. Trust my words....Read More
