@ The first group we get too much work. Will not even get time to have meals and no time for break. For learning and getting experience its a good place to work. They will keep giving you work but dont expect more then this.

Dislikes

Too much office politics, boss will keep an Eye on you all the time. very strict working culture, one mistake and you will be terminated. People wont believe in what u say they believe in what they feel is correct specially compliance department (Nirmal Thakur) who works there as a God Father and he decide to terminate anyone at any time. And will not believe you and never trust you.

Likes

There is very little to like about this company. Only good thing was travel and stay in good hotel properties in India for Business Development activity. Work life balance was also there, not that hectic schedule and no-body to stop you from leaving on time if your work is done.

Dislikes

There are many things to point out and the list will be never ending but I'll point out some of the Imp. once which will help others to take decision before joining this company. 1. Salary was never on time. No fixed date of receiving salary. 2. Absolutely ZERO job security. (one fine day company feels they need to cut down manpower and People from Dubai came and sacked 50% of employees on the spot). 3. Management in India was hopeless. A non sales person running complete India Operation including Sales (Never in my life I've heard that in Sales there has to be a pre-defined Sales pitch and that too in a particular order it has to be followed. India head was a JOKE in the name of SALES). 4. Corporate politics is there as usual. 5. Business Development people are not responsible for SALES but are judged on basis of SALES (It's a JOKE for this company). 6. Company can change your work profile anytime. From Business Development profile, were made to do SALES also as the whole sales team was fired for doing a good job.
